This series includes papers from Canada’s foremost scholars on fiscal federalism including members of the newly established Fiscal Federalism Policy Network (FFPN), of which the Centre is a founding member. The FFPN is an independent team of academic experts and policy practitioners whose objective is to recommend practical reforms to improve fiscal relations  among our governments.
