François Vaillancourt

François Vaillancourt is Professor Emeritus of Economics at the University of Montreal and a Fellow at CIRANO. He has published extensively and has served as a consultant to numerous national and international organizations in the fields of intergovernmental financial relations and language policy. He was a Fulbright Scholar in 2007, was elected to the Royal Society of Canada in 2009, and received an honorary doctorate from the University of Geneva in 2021.
