Taylor Paul

Taylor Paul is a PhD candidate in the Department of Sociology at Western University, specializing in Migration and Ethnic Relations. Her research focuses on labour market and educational inequalities, immigrant integration, and the intersections of race, gender and sexuality. She also conducts applied policy research for federal agencies and public- sector organizations, supporting the development of evidence-informed strategies to strengthen workforce development in the skilled trades.
