Philippe Couillard

Dr. Philippe Couillard was the 31st Premier of Quebec. He became leader of the Quebec Liberal Party in 2013 and won a majority mandate in 2014. He served as Premier of Quebec from 2014 to 2018. Since leaving politics, Dr. Couillard has been a corporate director and provides strategic advice through Strategy Corp Inc., where he has served as a senior business advisor since March 2023. His long and distinguished career includes activities in the fields of politics, university teaching and medicine.
